Become a Sponsor of the Association of Administrative Assistant

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Sponsor. Our sponsorship program is a cost effective way to give you maximum exposure to administrative professionals both locally and across the country. The various levels of sponsorship represent excellent opportunities to promote your business to appropriate contacts in industries and businesses. Your company will stand out as a supporter of life-long learning and professional development among office professionals.

As a not-for-profit Association, our National Board of Directors is comprised of volunteers who donate time and expertise to maintain current, professional services and activities for our members. By partnering with our Sponsors, we can offer a higher level of speakers at national events and meetings, as well as increased services and promotions to our members.

Sponsor Levels and Benefits (based on a one-year period)

"Gold" Sponsor

Benefits include: All benefits that Silver and Bronze receive (see below) plus a one-line link to your website in the Support our Sponsors box located on the left hand side of the AAA home page, plus 1/2 page ads in two of our National Newsletters and up to four job postings. As well, Gold sponsors can send two promotional e-mails to all of our members via our National President. As a Gold sponsor, your donation will go directly to assist with our National Board and Annual General meeting events, so company logo and link will be featured in all communications and promotions.

"Silver" Sponsor

Benefits include what the Bronze sponsor receives, plus a Silver sponsor can include a 300-character description of your company on the sponsors page; two 1/4 page ads in our Newsletter over the year and two free job posting opportunities.

"Bronze" Sponsor

Benefits include: A logo and one-line link (image size 181 x 94 in JPG or GIF format) to your website on our Association sponsors page; a one-time, 1/4 page ad in our National Newsletter: "The Communiqué" and one free job-posting.

The Association of Administrative Assistants reserves the right to decline any sponsored link deemed unsuitable.

CURRENT NEWS

60th

The Association of Administrative Assistants celebrates 60 years of 'Professionalism through Education' in May 2012.

May 24th will be a public workshop with two guest speakers. We are proud to have both Helen Wilkie, President Elect for the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS), followed by an afternoon with Rhonda Scharf from On the Right Track. On May 25th, the Toronto Charter Branch will host the National Board meeting --- free to all members, however no voting rights for motions on the floor. This is a great opportunity to experience the 'behind the scenes' discussions on how a Canadian non-for-profit organization manages Association business. The 26th of May will encompass the National Annual General meeting with budget and election process, followed by a Qualified Administrative Assistant luncheon.

Please mark these dates in your calendars and join us on May 24-26, 2012, in Toronto, to help celebrate this glorious milestone! Watch for further details in the coming months.
